If you would like to return merchandise as a result of our error or merchandised being damaged please send an email to with the following information
-Your Order Number in the subject line.
-Photo of the product and packing slip.
-Brief description of the damage or product along with your phone number.
Once we receive your email, we will reply with a receipt of your email. We will only communicate with the consumer who purchased items. Please allow up to 48 hours for a team member to reply. No need to send multiple emails.
We will instruct you on returning product to the correct office address for full refund or store credit. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for any unreturned merchandise. In order to receive store credit or full refund the item must be unused and in it's original package.
Once item is received, we will send an email with an attached store credit coupon to the email used at checkout. For refund you will contacted via email as well with a receipt of refund.
